Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in full stack or web application development
• Front‑End: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Back‑End: Skilled in Node.js, .NET Core, Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/Flask)
• Database: Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
