Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Laravel) for a full-time, on-site role in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Laravel. This role requires hands-on development expertise along with strong leadership capabilities.
In addition to development responsibilities, the candidate will lead and manage a team of 10–15 developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
