Job Overview

The Design & Tools team within Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) delivers service design and technology solutions that enable Motorola Solutions support teams to meet customer expectations.

This role focuses on building and improving the CMSO Career Path Tool. Approximately 80% of the role is hands-on development, with 20% focused on product strategy, user feedback, and business alignment.

Responsibilities

Engineering & Development (Approximately 80%)

• Design, code, and deploy the CMSO Career Path Tool with a responsive and intuitive user experience
• Build interactive UI components such as progression trees and competency graphs
• Implement full stack solutions including frontend, backend, database schema, and APIs
• Develop and maintain REST APIs that power the frontend application
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented client-side and server-side code
