to work directly with our CTO on:

• Improving Implementation Shortfall-based execution

• Building execution cost analytics (slippage, market impact, fill quality)

• Upgrading P&L and risk reporting toward near real-time visibility

• Strengthening automated alerts for operational + market risk events

This role sits at the intersection of execution, monitoring, and infrastructure. High ownership. Direct performance impact.
