Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineering
We are looking for a Tech Lead with solid experience in full-stack development to guide technical decisions, support delivery, and ensure the evolution and stability of core systems.
Working Model
Hybrid format: minimum 8 days per month in the office, with 1 mandatory on-site day per week. Availability to travel to Porto once per month. Until the office opens, work will be fully remote.
Role Overview
You will join an agile environment focused on maintaining and evolving systems that support complex back-office operations. The work covers new feature development, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, integrations, and incident management.
Key Requirements
• At least 6 years of experience as a Tech Lead in full-stack development
