About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Developer
with strong expertise in
Laravel, , Tailwind CSS
, and
Figma-to-frontend implementation
.

The ideal candidate will also be comfortable leveraging
AI tools to accelerate development and deployment
, applying
Laravel design patterns
,
managing freelance developers
, and maintaining a
working understanding of Flutter
(our cross-platform mobile framework).

This is a
hands-on technical and leadership role
. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable code, implementing UI/UX designs, troubleshooting systems, and leading a distributed team of developers and designers while
supporting multiple existing clients and managing several concurrent projects
