Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build the future of Voice AI!

You'll be working on cutting-edge AI solutions, combining backend excellence with intelligent AI integrations. This is a hybrid position based in Thane, where you'll have the opportunity to work on:

🔧 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

- Build scalable backend services using Node.Js (Express/Fastify) or Python (FastAPI)

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching layers

- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes

🤖 𝗔𝗜 & 𝗠𝗟 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

- Train and fine-tune foundation AI models

- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

- Develop AI personas with advanced personalization

- Customize image and video generation models

- Integrate LangChain, Langgraph, Mastra AI, and Vercel AI SDK
