The platform is built using a microservices architecture and supports a range of customer interactions, including the secure collection of information, authorisations and downstream processing across multiple customer journeys.
The team operates globally, working collaboratively to modernise the platform, extend core capabilities and deliver new functionality to support additional customer types and evolving business requirements.
