About the Role
What you will do
- Build and deliver end-to-end features across UI, backend services, and database;
- Implement and extend React-based UI using existing component libraries;
- Develop .NET APIs and services following established patterns;
- Design and modify MSSQL schemas, queries, and data logic;
- Use AI tools (especially GitHub Copilot) heavily for code generation, iteration, and refactoring;
- Review AI-generated code critically and ensure production-ready quality;
- Work independently after design discussions, with regular reviews and feedback from Software Architect and Director of Technology;
- Plug into existing infrastructure and development workflows with minimal ramp-up;
- Collaborate with internal IT team and product owners;
- Participate in design discussions with Software Architect and Director of Technology;
