Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Ruby on Rails on the backend and / on the frontend. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing robust APIs, and creating modern, high-performance user interfaces.

The ideal candidate understands the full development lifecycle, from database design and backend logic to responsive, user-friendly frontend experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesBackend (Ruby on Rails)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features using Ruby on Rails
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) including schema design and query optimization
• Implement business logic, authentication, and authorization
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable Rails code following best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing backend performance
