About the Role
Fluence provides evidence-based education and training for mental health professionals and organizations seeking to integrate psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) into their practice or research. We offer training for licensed clinicians, researchers, and teams supporting psychedelic clinical trials, with a strong commitment to clinical rigor, psychological safety, and ethical integrity in psychedelic therapy.
Role: Full-Stack Developer (Contract)
Compensation:
$3,500–$5,000 USD/month (depending on experience)

Remote, Contract (6 months, extendable)
We're looking for a pragmatic, security-minded Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale Fluence's B2B products used by clinicians, researchers, and organizations in psychedelic-assisted therapy and mental health. You'll work closely with and report to our Senior AI & Design Lead to turn product requirements into robust, secure, and well-documented applications, as well as maintain existing ones.
