1. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are building a high-performance, AI-enabled full-stack engineering team in Manila. This role is for Full-Stack Developers across junior, mid-level, and senior levels who can contribute to modern web applications, backend APIs, integrations, and AI-driven features using a React + NestJS + Python ecosystem.

Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Building production-grade React applications
• Designing and maintaining NestJS backend services
• Writing Python scripts and data processing services
• Optimizing performance and accessibility
• Building third-party integrations and background services
• Mentoring junior engineers (senior level)
• Leading architecture and technical direction (senior/team lead level)
