Fulfillment Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience managing daily fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Good understanding of order processing, inventory, and delivery workflows.
• Comfortable using data, reports, and KPIs to improve operations.
• Able to work well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong leadership skills with experience training and guiding teams.
• Computer literate and confident in using systems, Excel, and operational tools.
