Fulfillment Associate

Base Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

This position is part of the SCI Group Supply Chain Center and is responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment and cross-border logistics operations across the SEA region. The role works closely with internal cross-functional teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Planning) and external third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cross-border logistics, 3PL warehouse management, and e-commerce fulfillment, with the ability to support broader supply chain activities such as inventory planning and purchase coordination.

1. Warehouse, Fulfillment & 3PL Operations

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to plan and execute daily e-commerce fulfillment operations in accordance with business requirements and platform SLAs.
