About the Role
A leading global energy trading organisation with integrated upstream, refining and trading capabilities is seeking an experienced Fuel Oil Trader to join its Singapore trading desk. The role will be responsible for the commercial optimisation and trading of fuel oil across Asia, including managing system barrels, executing third-party trading strategies, and identifying arbitrage and blending opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute physical fuel oil trading strategies across Asia Pacific, including HSFO and VLSFO grades
- Optimise system barrels from internal refinery production and term supply
- Identify and execute third-party trading opportunities to generate incremental margin
- Develop and manage arbitrage flows across key hubs including Singapore, China, South Asia, and the Middle East
