**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the plant's food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
+ Manage and develop the FSQA team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of prerequisite programs and BRC standards, serving as the BRC practitioner for the facility.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key performance indicators related to environmental performance, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
+ Represent the organization during audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring transparency and compliance.
