Job Description:

• Review and verify the accuracy of Air Waybills (AWB) by matching physical documents with system records prior to cargo release.
• Handle refund requests in line with company policies and procedures, when applicable.
• Address customer inquiries received via phone calls and in-person visits.
• Assist walk-in clients, delivering prompt and professional service.
• Facilitate cargo release to customers, ensuring complete and proper documentation and authorization.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding shipments and related services.

Job Qualifications:

• At least college-level education.
• Previous experience in logistics is an advantage, though not required.
• Willing and able to work at the specified branch location.
• Capable of lifting small cargo items.
