Job Summary Our client in the Real Estate sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Officer to support the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. The role involves conducting regular building inspections, supervising maintenance and repair works, managing tenant and contractor relationships, and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently. The Facilities Officer will also support property rentals by assisting with client tours and onboarding of new occupants.
