About the Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing European FinTech providing payments rails and crypto purchase/sale services. UX is central to the business — this team is looking for a senior frontend engineer who is obsessed with performance and shipping polished user experiences (down to the millisecond).
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain high-performance React apps using TypeScript and Vite
- Implement complex UI flows with excellent UX and accessibility
- Review PRs, enforce standards, and mentor other developers
- Optimise rendering, bundle size, and API usage (shaving milliseconds matters)
- Work closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Contribute to front-end architecture and component/design systems
