Frontend developer

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a UX roadmap aligned with organizational strategies and customer journeys
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and style guides across desktop, mobile, and tablet
Collaborate with business, engineering, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Establish and monitor UX benchmarks using Figma, Site Spect, User Testing, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric
Design and implement micro-frontend architecture using Module Federation & modern Java Script frameworks
Build reusable, scalable frontend components and applications
Leverage AI coding assistants and agents to optimize workflows
Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
Drive a culture of AI-enhanced development, experimentation, and continuous learning
Apply modern Dev Ops practices with automated testing and deployment
