Frontend Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a UX roadmap aligned with organizational strategies and customer journeys
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and style guides across desktop, mobile, and tablet
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Establish and monitor UX benchmarks using Figma, SiteSpect, UserTesting, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric
• Design and implement micro-frontend architecture using Module Federation & modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and applications
• Leverage AI coding assistants and agents to optimize workflows
