Lead the front desk team and ensure a smooth guest check-in/check-out experience.
Provide training and ongoing support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to manage room availability and optimize occupancy rates.
Monitor front desk operations to guarantee proper staffing and coverage.
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality.
