-Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.

-Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Qualifications
- Work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to observe proper etiquette and maintain a professional appearance
-Working knowledge of Microsoft word, printers, scanners.
- Customer service oriented
- Must have flexible hours
