Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations and assist walk-in clients professionally.
- Use clinic management software (Aoikumo, Plato Medical, etc.) for daily tasks.
- Perform data entry and basic administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth flow.
- Follow up with patient regarding appointments and reminders.
- Handle inquiries and resolve front-desk complaints diplomatically and independently.
- Provide excellent customer service with a pleasant and professional attitude.
Job Requirements
- Female candidate only.
- Must possess at least a Diploma; Degree holders are welcomed.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field (Clinic Receptionist experience is an advantage).
