Summary:
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the managerDelegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper executionFoster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processesEnsure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the managerPerform administrative tasks related to their assigned departmentProvide legendary customer service by identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off this analysis
