Front end Process Engineer (MNC based in Penang)

We are representing our client a multinational leading supplier of high-volume production equipment and process solutions for the semiconductors. A recognized market and technology leader in wafer-level bonding and lithography for advanced packaging and nanotechnology.

With the current expansion in Malaysia, they are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of Process Engineer based in Penang.

What to expect?

New joiners will be undergoing 2-3 months training at the HQ in Austria to learn about the Company's products; and on-the-job training for 2-3 months in US or Asia countries. Total 5-6 months training in overseas and will need to travel for support to countries such as Taiwan and Singapore, depending on job requests before permanently based in Penang.
