About the Role

We are looking for a front desk receptionist / Service to join our fantastic front office team at Meli Suites Thassos for the 2026 season (April-October). As a member of our team, you will be customer-facing and have an outgoing, bubbly personality with a strong customer focus.

We pride ourselves on great customer care!

Requirements:

  • Meeting and greeting our guests, checking them in and out and carrying out guest satisfaction calls
  • Customer service - serving customers in the sun-beds or room (30% of the role requirements)
  • Reservations management through emails and other channels (optional)
  • An understanding of a Hotel System, like a PMS, will be beneficial but not a requirement, as complete training will be given
  • Exceptional personal presence with employees and guests; highly engaged in day-to-day operation
  • Work very closely with the company owners and senior members
