About the Role
Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a personable and proactive Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong focus on visitor management, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all guests, ensure proper entry procedures and maintain a complete visitor log record.
- Issue gate passes for all company assets and inventory moving in or out of the premises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all gate passes issued.
- Coordinate reservations of conference and meeting rooms upon request.
- Monitor attendance records of all NMS staff and resolve attendance-related issues. Process overtime and staff claims and Ensure NMS staff maintain proper uniform standards and personal hygiene.
