Front Desk Junior Officer

Overview

• Complete Pre-Arrival procedure via Central Reservation System (CRS) before guests’ arrival
• Welcome guests with warmth and sincere greetings for check ins and fond farewells for check outs from hotel rooms and Onsen by addressing guests’ surnames
• Follow Onsen SOP thoroughly from serving guests with tea sets, towels & yukata, switching on/off Sauna, assisting to maintain the cleanliness of the entire Onsen facilities
• Monitor and maintain Onsen system with basic electrical engineering knowledge which you will be trained
• Promote Onsen Packages to guests (Open Onsen and Premium Onsen)
• Maintain positive, polite, calm, composed and courteous attitude at all times during working hours
• Communicate and coordinate work with front desk team, housekeeping team, Onsen operation team, maintenance team, shuttle service and bell service for daily operation
