French Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Only candidates living in Porto or within 30 km
We are looking for French Native or C2 level speakers to join a Customer Service team in Porto.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Saturday
- Between 07:00 – 19:00 (rotative shifts)
- On-site
Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with:
- Subscriptions
- Billing inquiries
- Technical troubleshooting
- Welcome and support customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Offer personalized solutions on each call
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment
