Freight Specialist
As Freight Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating import freight activities and handling the administrative and documentation aspects of importing and exporting goods.
Organizes and monitors the local/domestic shipments. Ensures information flow, and documents availability. Uses all the related systems
Controls and optimizes the truck utilizations
Supports bottom-up freight budget/forecast
Prepares the month end closure based on actual spending and provisions, evaluates results in comparison with forecast and provides explanation on deviations.
Organizes Premium shipments if necessary, ensures proper administration and approval process.
Ensures application of proper rates agreed and regular network revision and update according to volume fluctuation.
