Key Responsibilities

• Assist in quotation preparation and sales documentation.
• Support the team with sales reports, shipment analysis, and other performance tracking.
• Handle month-end closing tasks, including billing and statement of accounts for key customers.
• Coordinate and follow up with Customer Service teams to resolve operational or billing issues.
• Ensure timely and professional response to customer inquiries.
