Freight Forwarder, Air Export

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and handle coordination for export airfreight shipments  
• Arrange booking with carrier/s   
• Open and manage jobs files until completion, cost acceptance from overseas agent / vendors and timely billing to clients.  
• Ensure mandatory data and shipment events are updated on CW1 in a timely manner   
• Estimate Gross Profit in the Job Costing   
• Weekly checking of files and internal / external reporting, if required  
• Provide complete set of documents required by customer   
• Performs other duties as required   
• Execute AWB in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents   
• Ensure accuracy of shipment documents and CW1 data quality  
• Ensure that all created files are sent through  
• Ensure that all pre-alerts are sent on time   
• Ensure timely dispatch of all documents at origin offices
