We’re partnering with an international client in the aviation sector on a major digital transformation project centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

As a Freelance Platform Engineer , you’ll be pivotal in taking over from Microsoft’s implementation phase, ensuring a smooth knowledge transition, maintaining platform stability, and driving continuous innovation across a complex multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, and Power Platform).

What you’ll do:

• Develop and enhance integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and AWS.
• Build and configure Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Center).
• Customize D365 CRM (PCF controls, plugins, web resources, JavaScript).
