We are a growing artisan bakery with wholesale and retail clients. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support both the business owner and the operations manager with administrative, hiring, invoicing, and customer communication tasks.
This is a long-term role with consistent weekly hours. We are looking for someone who can follow systems, communicate clearly, and work independently once trained.
Who You Will Support:
Business Owner – scheduling, admin follow-ups, coordination
Operations Manager – invoicing, customer communication, task tracking
You will receive clear instructions and priorities, but you must be comfortable supporting two leaders within one business.
