Satellite Talent is building a network of trusted freelance recruiters to collaborate on client projects.
Satellite is your RPO recruitment powerhouse. We partner with ambitious startups and scale-ups, working as an extension of their teams to help them hire the right people, fast.
As a freelance Talent Partner, you'll embed with one of our clients, taking full ownership of hiring. You'll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to design and execute searches, run full-cycle recruitment, advise stakeholders, and deliver a standout candidate experience.
You'll also collaborate closely with your Satellite Account Manager to stay aligned and make an impact.
We'll work well together if you thrive on collaboration, care about the people you work with, and bring a true partnership mindset to every project.
