Freelance Recruiter - Crypto / Web3

We are looking to partner with high performing Freelance Recruiters who have strong and well established crypto/web3 candidate networks across Europe, Latin America, or APAC . As a fast growing global platform in the crypto and digital asset space, we are expanding rapidly and seeking long term talent partners who are deeply connected within the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.

This is a strategic and ongoing partnership, not a one off placement. You will leverage your network to introduce high quality mid to senior level talent across Compliance, Marketing, Regulatory, Risk, Sales, Operations, Treasury, and other key functions. Experience hiring for compliance, risk, and sales roles within the crypto space is highly preferred. You should have a solid track record within crypto exchanges, trading firms, fintech, or traditional financial institutions, along with strong knowledge of regional talent markets and industry trends.
