Freelance IT Support / Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Support / Systems Administrator to support application, database, and infrastructure-related activities for a client project.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TeamDynamix, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Active Directory , along with strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support tickets, incidents, and service requests using TeamDynamix
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot application and system issues
• Support development and configuration activities using Visual Studio
• Write, validate, and troubleshoot SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server
• Assist with database checks, reporting, and issue resolution
• Manage user accounts, access, groups, and permissions in Active Directory
