Franchise Development Coordinator, MBIB

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

The Franchise Development Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact, in-person and virtually, for prospective franchise partners across Canada, providing detailed information regarding Mary Brown’s Chicken and Fat Bastard Burrito franchise opportunities and guiding individuals through the early stages of the recruitment process. This role represents the brands professionally and ensures all inquiries and interactions reflect the organization’s standards, values, and growth objectives.

Working closely with the Manager, Franchise Development, this role contributes to national marketing and lead-generation initiatives, including coordinating tradeshow participation, managing logistics and materials, communicating financing options to candidates, and maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases to support franchise recruitment, tracking, and strategic growth efforts.
