Fractional Operations Integrator (GoHighLevel + Systems) (Remote)

Job DescriptionReal Magic is entering a focused growth phase, and we are seeking a highly capable Strategic Operations & Systems Integrator to bring structure, clarity, and executional precision to our organization.

This is not a traditional VA role. You will work directly with leadership to optimize systems, improve workflows, increase operational efficiency, and support revenue execution in a fast‐moving, international environment.

We are looking for someone who thinks in processes, sees gaps before they become problems, and takes ownership of execution from idea to implementation. This is a remote role, part‐time with possibility of full‐time for someone based in the EU, US, or Canada.

Hourly rate range: $80–$100 USD per hour.
