Fractional Commercial Lawyer - Travel & Hospitality- ASAP Start

My client a leading Legal Consultancy that provides commercial legal advice to clients predominately in the Travel & Hospitality space is now looking to hire a Fractional Lawyer on a long-term consultancy basis.

Working remotely the role will involve advising a range of clients in the Travel & Hospitality space including airlines, cruise lines, Tour Operators and Hotels. The scope of the role will include:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including agency agreements, sales agreements and supply agreements
• Advising on ad hoc wider legal matters such as Health & Safety, pre-dispute work and compliance matters

The ideal candidate will likely be an experienced commercial lawyer who already works as a Fractional Lawyer or would like to start working as a Fractional Lawyer and who ideally has some experience of advising clients in the Travel and Hospitality space.
