About the Role
Oversee end-to-end export shipments, from booking at origin to final cargo delivery
Promote a continuous improvement culture to achieve operational excellence
Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance management
Serve as the escalation point for complaints and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
Ensure high-level customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures
