FP&A Manager

Leads the financial reporting and analysis functions for Adecco Canada. Ensures the weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting processes are completed accurately and on time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manages the FP&A team ensuring relevant and accurate analysis, research, observations and reporting of weekly and monthly financial results and key performance indicators are provided in a timely manner. Compares and monitors current actual and year-to-date performance with prior year, forecast and budgeted results.
• In collaboration with the FP&A team, prepares regular Monthly Business Report (MBR), preliminary and detailed Forecasts, Quarterly Business Report (QBR), Semi-annual Strategic Business Reviews (SBR) and multiple annual Budget submissions as well as ad hoc financial analysis and reports as required.
