The successful candidate will report to General Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Handling Month-end closing and performing financial reporting and analysis.Monitoring the KPIs identify key gaps and root causes that drive the action plan. Improving the efficiency and profitability of the business.Organizing annual budget and forecast monitor the variance between budget and actual result to support management actions. Leading cost analysis and control process. Optimizing policies and procedures to reduce internal control risks and improve efficiency.Creating team builds and staff skills development.Making program cost/profit/capital forecast and study, ensuring the program's overall financial performance.
