Job Overview
We are seeking an analytical FP&A Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 3 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Experience in FMCG, BPO, Shared Services, Financial Advisory, Retail, Hospitality, or related industries
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance and trend analysis
- Develop financial models and reports
- Support strategic business planning
- Analyze profitability and performance metrics
- Provide recommendations to management
