About the Role

Being the first sales hire in a company is like building a plane while flying it - and also selling tickets mid-air.


But it does come with an incredible amount of personal growth and earning potential.


An early stage VC-backed start up are looking to hire their first sales person to come in a drive new business.


They're in the HealthTech sector adding serious value to a important part of the health industry - so it's a sell that adds value through a mission.


You'll report into the founder, working strategically together to build a structured approached into consistently winning new accounts.


You first six months will be heavily focused on GTM, and likely to be scrappy.


Cold calls, cold outreach on socials, email campaigns, building relationships.


Month six onwards will transition you into a full cycle account executive to own the negotiations, product demo's ...
