Compensation: Up to $150K base (varies by level and interview performance) + competitive equity

Work Policy: In-office / Hybrid (NYC only – relocation required if not local)

Legal workflows today are slow, repetitive, and manual—were building an AI-powered intake and automation platform that changes that. Founded by engineers with legal backgrounds and backed by top-tier VCs, we already have customers, design partners, and a public launch planned.

This is a true early-team opportunity. You wont be maintaining legacy code—you'll be building product foundations alongside founders who move quickly and expect the same from their team.
