About The Role
We are hiring a **Founding Software Engineer** to help build an AI-first Submittal Orchestration + Risk Guardrail platform. You will report directly to the founder and be one of the first 2–3 engineers on the team. You will work across the stack — document ingestion, normalization, LLM workflows, routing logic, review workspace UI, and integration with leading construction project management platforms to ensure:
- Documents don't get lost
- Avoidable review cycles are reduced
- Design changes don't silently invalidate approvals
