Founding Associate – Platform & GTM

AvenirX is an Applied Venture Lab building execution pathways between leading European university-born startups and the GCC. We work at the post-hackathon, post-incubation stage — turning promising ideas into pilots, partnerships, and real market entry across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

We are hiring one high-ownership founding operator to work directly with the founder in Dubai. This is a front-row seat to building a venture platform from zero to one. You will operate across GTM, distribution, founder engagement, and ecosystem execution, with real responsibility from day one. You will be the bridge between top-tier European founders and GCC stakeholders and help turn strategy into structured execution.

What You’ll Build & Own

• GTM & Expansion: Develop structured GCC market-entry playbooks for partner startups, identifying decision-makers, pilot pathways and friction points
