Founding Account Executive: B2B SaaS (Knowledge Management Platform)
Location: [Jakarta / hybrid ] · Type: Full-time · Reports to: Founders
We're an early-stage AI platform that helps Indonesian mid-market companies (50–500 employees) capture their institutional knowledge. We're looking for our founding Account Executive: the first dedicated seller who will own the full sales cycle, close our early customers, and build the playbook the sales team will later run on. This is a high-ownership role with a direct line to the founders.
- Own the full cycle. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close mid-market B2B accounts.
- Sell consultatively. Run discovery with HR/L&D, operations, and executive buyers; diagnose their knowledge and training pain and map our platform to clear business value.
